The AquaHawk Alerting Service is provided by American Conservation & Billing Solutions, Inc. (AmCoBi) and your utility provider so you can view your utility consumption and other information online. The Service may send information about your utility account directly to your email address, telephone, or mobile phone which you provided when you registered for an account on the system.
AmCoBi will make every reasonable effort to ensure full performance of the AquaHawk Alerting system and will work with you to resolve any errors or issues that arise. AmCoBi does not assume responsibility for delays or service interruptions which may occur in public communications facilities not under its control, which may affect the accuracy or timeliness of alert notifications you receive from this website.
Any information sent by AquaHawk Alerting to you through this website via email, text, or telephone is believed to be reliable and accurate. AmCoBi will not be liable for any deficiencies in the accuracy, completeness, availability or timeliness of such information or for any decision made using this information.
In addition, please take note of the following guidelines, which will assist you in detecting certain types of Internet and e-mail fraud (i.e. “phishing”).
